My name is Jessica, I’m 27 years old, and I’m happily married to the woman of dreams. I’m a Southern California native and a proud US Army soldier that is currently stationed in the Northeast.
I lead a fitness oriented lifestyle. If I weren’t a soldier, I’d probably be a full time trainer. I love my faith in Christ, music, art, design, woodworking/carpentry, literature and poetry, science, the outdoors and wildlife, cars, motorcycles, tattoos, and just plain learning.
I first started getting into the sport of fitness in mid-2010 when I was stationed in South Korea. Haven’t looked back. Crossfit, classic weight lifting, strength training, yoga, running, sports, martial arts, rock climbing, rowing, cycling, swimming… I love it all. I was always an athlete, but it’s taken a little bit of time to get to where I’m at - and I’m far from done.
I’m currently doing Wendler 5/3/1 four days a week. The big lifts and assistance work for symmetry and aesthetics. I do a WOD one to two days a week and endurance training one day a week. Yoga on the weekends.
